Art Eating Happening: Daniel Spoerri

July 29 - August 7

Daniel Spoerri: Untitled, 2016
Performance at TAKE ME (I'm Yours)
So far it has only been possible to taste examples of Daniel Spoerri's work for TAKE ME (I'm Yours), which is a skeleton made of sugar paste.

But from Friday July 29, when the doors open at 11 AM, we remove the protective glas case and it will thereafter be possible to eat of Daniel Spoerri's skeleton itself - for a s long as the exhibition is running and there is anything left.

Performance: James Lee Byars

Sunday August 7 / 3-5 PM

At Kunsthal Charlottenborg, a young woman wearing a long black dress silently hands out a small pink confetti with the words "Be Quiet" written on it to visitors approaching her.

This performance conceived by James Lee Byars turns the idea of artwork into a solemn, privileged moment for each visitor. Like most of the artworks in this show, this piece allows the visitors to spread the work of the artist outside of the institution.

The performance will take place for the last time on 7 August 2016.
